What is Arobaa?
Arobaa is a local marketplace that brings together Arobaa-approved stores and other stores in your area. You can combine items from multiple stores into one delivery trip while each store keeps a clear, separate account.
Do I need GPS just to browse?
No. You can browse the area catalogue first. For a delivery order, we need your precise location or a verified map pin to confirm coverage and calculate delivery correctly.
How do I know whether delivery reaches me?
Use the location button at the top of Arobaa. The platform checks your position against the active service area and shows the result before checkout.
How is the delivery fee calculated?
It is based on the road route from the first store, through any additional stores, to your address, with stop-count rules from the area settings. The final fee is shown before confirmation.
Can I order from more than one store?
Yes. You can add products from multiple stores to one basket, and Arobaa can organize them into one delivery trip when they are within the available service route.
Which payment methods are available?
Cash on delivery, InstaPay and mobile wallet are supported. Electronic payment is a separate transfer to each store with its own amount and proof; cash is collected once at the door.
Where can I track my order?
Use My Orders to follow each store order and the delivery trip. You can also ask Arobaa Assistant using an ORD or TRIP reference to read the status your account is allowed to see.
How do I contact the store or courier?
When chat is available for an order or trip, you will see it on the tracking screen. Messages remain linked to the relevant order for easier follow-up.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
That depends on the order stage and whether goods have left the store. Check the Cancellation & Refund Policy and use the action available inside your order.
Can I pick up the order myself?
If the merchant enables pickup, the pickup option appears during ordering. Some stores or products may be delivery-only.
What is Smart Pantry?
It helps you keep track of recurring household needs and can remind you about items you may need to buy again based on your activity in Arobaa.
What is Price Watch?
It monitors products you choose and alerts you when the available watch conditions are met, so you do not have to check prices manually.
I have an order problem. What should I do?
Use the Complaint Center and link the report to the order whenever possible. That gives the team the order, delivery and payment context needed to investigate.
I forgot my password or my session expired. What now?
Open your account/sign-in page and use the available recovery path. If a session-expired message appears, refresh and sign in again if prompted.
