You can start deleting your account from this page. After verifying ownership, we close its sessions and review which data must be deleted or anonymized.
What happens after the request?
- Access to the account stops after the request is recorded.
- Profile, address and session data is deleted or anonymized as applicable.
- Specific order or settlement records may remain when retention is legally required or necessary for an active dispute, and their use is restricted to that purpose.
